职位描述

工作职责和工作内容
- Design and implement the organization’s compensation and benefits programs and activities to meet the organization’s objects with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data and review current C&B program to meet business needs
- Closely monitor and guide the actual personnel cost vs budget /forecast and provide the variance analysis to ensure the cost within established budget
- Engage in business discussions, and work with other HR business partners and hiring managers to pro-actively identify C&B issues, make or recommend appropriate decisions and changes
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals
- To be HRIS project leader to ensure the successful integration and new module development
- To ensure company C&B policy and operations comply with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the company receives satisfactory standards of service


工作经验
- Minimum of 5-8 years in C&B and HRIS functions either in house or with consulting company is required. Mixed experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of C&B leader experience are essential
- Good proven track record of partnering with internal customers or real customers in a complex matrix business environment.
- Background in Luxury or Retail industries is preferred.
