职位描述

Report to: General Manager

Location: Shanghai



Responsibilities:



1. Conduct safety tests, technical documentation and constructional checks on all facility appliances acc. to international standards

2. To organize the formulation of the equipment maintenance plans, the preventive periodic repair and maintenance of the equipment and the repair of the failures;

3. Draw up and carry out the plan and regulations for facilities and machinery

4. Establish the safety measures, especially the emergency action plans acc. to international standards

5. Running relative subjects according to ISO9001, ISO/TS16946 and ISO14001

6. Responsible for the maintenance of the facilities, improvement of water, electrical and gas utilization

7. Responsible for the environment management and improvement.

8. To be in charge of the establishment and perfect of the factory's equipment operational specifications and to be responsible for the implementation results of the equipment management system.

9. To be in charge of organizing the formulation of the equipment operational specifications and the repair and maintenance instructions for the purpose of the accurate use and maintenance of the equipment;

10. To be responsible for the reconstruction, repair and layout for the building, plant and office and others.

11. Other tasks assigned by the Management.(such as canteen, sanitation, virescence and gate guard for safety)

12. Responsible for cost control and cost reduction in area of responsibility.



Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree in Machining, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

2. Fluent English on spoken and written

3. Low/High Power Certificate

4. At least 5 years relevant working experience in facilities or engineering or in a similar function



Other requirement :

1. Professional knowledge of ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO140013.

2. Relative qualification carried out by the national/local authorities and Chinese certificates is a

must.

3. Strong communication skills between internal and external team5.

4. Familiar with PC hardware and software such as OFFICE2000, AUTOCAD, MS-PROJECT, etc.

5. Strong management skill.
