Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibility:

1. Develops and manages annual L&T plan and ensure its timely and successful implementation within the agreed budget

2. Identify & define the development needs of business functions. Continuously upgrade L&T roadmap and L&T system, provide solutions to assures continuity of prepared leaders or experts for key positions

3. Determine appropriate learning mode, organize inside and outside training (trainer/instructor/courses) resources.

4. Maintain and upgrade training policy of Greater China Division, Establish a coaching culture and develop that capability among managers for team effectiveness and performance.

5. Compiles, tailor-makes or designs appropriate training programs for meeting the specific needs of people development and leadership development in Greater China upon request

6. Engages senior management in the process of people development

7. Liaises with Global Head Office team on training initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Experience: Minimum 10~15 years track records in human resources management with at least 5 years experience in learning and development, especially in the training planning, implementation and management in multi-national companies

Special Knowledge: Good at in Excel and PowerPoint, fluent English, particularly in speaking and writing

Special Skills: Excellent facilitation skills and able to conduct management training

Other Requirement: Strong sense of urgency and customer orientation, good at training needs identification and promotion, good communication skills and change management
