Work Responsibilities;
1,Perform risk analysis and associated issues;
2,Make notes of the framework;
3, Write down the mission's order;
4,Establish the work program of the mission (fulfil or update the audit guide);
5,Conduct / participate in interviews;
6,Execute the analysis on parts and on site in order to:
* Monitor the compliance with rules and internal procedures while evaluating their pertinence;
* Evaluate the compliance with the regulatory obligation
* Ensuring the effective implementation of enterprise strategy;
7, Participate in meetings / validation of the findings;
8, Participate in meetings / validation of the findings and synthesis / debriefing (creating the appropriate support);
9,Assess the quality of the internal control and risks management;
10, Contribute to the drafting of the report and documents' annexes highlighting the main findings (strengths and weaknesses), the associated risk areas and the axis for the identified improvement;
11,write a summary / cartridge of the mission and the table of recommendations;
12,Ensure the redaction of the report before the deadline;
13,Ensure the receipt of the action plan on time;
14,Validate the action plan approved;
15,Establish the audit file consolidating working papers and evidence;
16,Participate in the training of auditors (transfer of skills and acquisition of methods);
17,Ensure good communication with the auditee;
* Follow up the accomplishment of program and review the team's work in assembly line
* Synthesize the work done by the team and report to the supervisor;
* Evaluate the performance of auditors at the end of the mission;
* Establish or update the summary of the auditable risk mapping;
* Helping to check the implementation of recommendations.

Work Requirements:
1,Higher education (master or equivalent)
2,Specialty or expertise detained or to acquire in the financial, accounting, legal domains etc. ;
3,Good knowledge of finance, accounting and legal affaires;
4,good computer skills;
5,Knowledge of activities and environmental processes of consumer credit;
6,Perception and understanding of risk (risk sensitivity and ability to measure the impacts).
7, Ability to supervise;
8, Ability to anticipate events and to adjust;
9, Qualities of written and oral communication (clarity of speech, listening, diplomacy, reformulation, argumentation, etc.).
