Job Title: Guest Relations Executive Department: Revenue & Reversation
Reports To: Revenue & Reservation Manager
Working location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Sales Executive should work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, booking process, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
职责简述：负责所有销售活动，从订单开始到结束。参与制订和贯彻营销计划，扩大客户群。支持团队完成以下任务：保证客户满意度，完成预订程序，保证销售额，根据公司目标和理念完成长期销售目标。
Responsibilities职责
· Answers telephone inquiries接听问询电话
· Inputs inquiries and bookings into system在预定系统上录入预定信息
· Replying emails within 24 hours of receiving it 24小时内回复客户的问询邮件
· Issues invoices制作报价
· Assist in liaising with accounting and operations/housekeeping for after sales follow up (operations and payment)协助财务和运营部完成售后跟进工作
· Liaise with guests over the phone, via email and attend to guests who come into the office通过电话和邮件和客户保持联系，接待来访客户
· Send thank you letters and questionnaires发客户感谢信和问卷
· Ensure all follow up ops including guests transportation, meals, bedding arrangements, activities etc.跟进和帮助客户安排交通，餐饮，住宿及活动等
· Actively sell naked activities and products积极的销售和宣传公司的活动项目和产品
· Follow up with clients and ensure internal communication with hotel operations and housekeeping保证和运营部，客房部的及时沟通
· Maintain and manage relationships with guests维持和管理客户关系
· Generate idea/ contribute to group discussion about new packages and product参与关于新产品和套餐的讨论，积极贡献自己的想法
· Required to produce monthly customer database reports按月提交客户数据报告
· Regular Sales Update Reports and Sales Meetings 完成当月销售报告和参加销售会议
Requirements要求
· Bilingual, can read and write both English and Chinese 双语，良好的中英文读写能力
· Extremely well organized and detailed orientated 条理性强，注重细节
