Responsibilities
1 Lead the recruitment function to complete talent attracting, screening and staffing jobs / assignments according to company policies so as to supply talent and manpower with quality, speed and quantity so that the recruitment process is conduced efficiently; job vacancies are timely filled and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position.
2 Plan, organize, implement and review entire recruitment process to optimize recruiting practice by balancing effectiveness and efficiency. These activities include but not limited to advertising, interviewing, and assessment, ranking and selecting candidates; check reference and negotiation employment offers. Also promote an employer’s image and values through social media and other communication formats.
3 Recruitment channel management; Build a quality relationship with BU head and the external business partners( such as university career centers, recruitment website, headhunter) to build up talent pool; talent mapping & maintain talent database to effectively support company’s recruitment needs
4 Develop and initiate company employer branding /Employee Value Proposition) activities in order to attracting, recruiting and retaining ideal employees.
5 Facilitate internal job rotation by cooperating and consulting with related departments to support personal and organization development / change.
6 Maintain and report staffing information e.g. JD, recruitment report and market situation, etc. so as to provide systematic analysis and constructive proposal for management decision making.
Requirement
- 5+ years working experience in HR filed with solid knowledge and proven experience at talent Acquisition function in MNC.
- Strategic and analytically thinking with hands-on operational experience, result-driven, creative, well-organized;
- Adaptability to cultural change & capability to work effectively in a fast speed work environment.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Business Acumen
- Good oral and written English.
