职位描述：
Main Responsibilities：
1. Tax filing / reconciliation on monthly basis；
2. TP calculation and documentation；
3. Review contracts from tax compliance point of view；
4. Annual tax filing；
5. Monitor month end / year end closing, review provisions, accruals and other general ledger accounts；
6. Coordinate tax application on non-trade foreign exchange payments；
7. IIT,BT and related local surtax declaration for non-trade service；
8. Prepare deferred tax calculation；
9. Ensure payment and booking of all due taxes and tax advances；
10. Support annual budget process；
11. Review tax workflow of BPO team/local tax and discuss opportunities to work more efficiently；
12. Keep management update on impact of new tax regulation, take proactive action to avoid any tax losses；
13. Take initiatives on tax planning to optimize tax burden；
14. Negotiate financial subsidies and preferential tax treatment with local tax office；
15. Manage, motivate and develop BPO subordinates；
16. Provide timely feedback on BPO subordinates' performance；
17. Coordinate annual statutory audit and other external audit；
18. Other tasks assigned by Head of Finance & Controlling China.

Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree with major in finance & Accounting；
2. At least 5 years working experience in MNC, with at least 1 year in manager position；
3. Being familiar with PRC tax regulation；
4. Strong communication skill and open minded；
5. Highly responsible and reliable；
6. Fluent in written and spoken English；
