职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Support to identify potential suppliers by participating in supplier evaluations.
2.Support supplier technical reviews done by Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
3.Develop a Supplier Audit Checklist to evaluate supplier quality systems.
4. Conduct supplier audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Participate in supplier selection process representing the Quality function.
6. Follow up with suppliers to verify quality improvements identified during supplier audits.
7. Support preliminary quality reviews of 1st Article/OTS (Off Tool Sample) parts.
8. Manage the supplier APQP activity including PSO audits and PPAP submission approvals.
9.Drive the supplier quality improvement activity after SOP.
10. Monitor and control the CGT tollers product quality to meet customer quality requirements.
11. Develop and maintain a supplier quality performance scorecard.
12.Assist suppliers with problem solving of quality issues.
13.Internal Q-reporting (Bi weekly, monthly, management meeting, etc.) coordinating of setup Quality Objectives.
14. Other task as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years experience in a technical position related to quality systems in a manufacturing environment or in a supplier quality role.
2. Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and statistical/calibration programs.
3. Ability to interact professionally and build strong relationships with suppliers.
4. Experience with TS16949 automotive quality standard, strong communication and coordination skill also needed.
5. Experience in colour matching of printed roll goods manufactured using roto-gravure printing BS in Manufacturing, Industrial or Quality Engineering.
6. Knowledge of Chemical industry ,car inner material and foam lamination process.
7.Ability to travel.
8. Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal skills. 举报 分享
