职位描述：
任职要求：
1、8年以上服装行业工厂管理和评估经验，有服装工厂具体的内部审核工作经历和第三方公证审核机构独立审核的经历
2、英语流利，能够同外籍同事流利沟通，熟悉英文品评估报告的撰写
3、优秀的团队合作和沟通能力，有优秀的独立处理和解决问题的能力
4、熟悉服装外贸公司和工厂的操作流程，尤其熟悉外贸服装工厂的质量体系建立，完善，保持工作。
5、熟悉浙江周边的服装工厂操作模式，具有良好的与工厂沟通的能力和实际评估经
6、能够适应出差

职责范围：
1、负责对与公司合作的服装工厂进行管理，审核和培训
2、提高供应商的社会责任和生产管理细节，达到其生产的产品品牌商的要求
3、对新的供应商进行初次审核，提出改善意见，并进行跟踪改善
4、安排工厂接受客户指定的第三方公证机构进行审核。
5、根据各个工厂的订单情况随时跟进各工厂的审核状态，在系统上更新，使订单可以顺利出货。
6、给工厂提供在品质控制体系，社会责任，C-T PAT等方面的培训和辅导。
Job requirements:
1. More than 8 year experience in garment factory managing and evaluating. Experienced in internal auditing in garment factories and auditing independently in third party certification organization
2. Fluent in English speaking and can communicate with foreign colleagues and write English evaluation reports effectively
3. Have a good sense of teamwork and communication. Be able to handle problems independently.
4. Be familiar with the operation process of foreign trade garment company, especially with the establishment, updating and maintaining of the quality system of foreign trade factory
5. Be familiar with the operation modes of garment factories around Zhejiang province and have rich experience in communicating with factories and evaluating practically
6. Be adapt to frequent going out on business

Job contents:
1. Be responsible for the management, evaluation and training of the garment factories which cooperate with our company
2. Strengthen the social responsibility and detailed production management of suppliers to reach the requirements of brand developers
3. Evaluate new suppliers, provide suggestions and follow up the improvement
4. Arrange the evaluation of the third party certification organization pointed by customers of factories
5. Follow up the auditing status of each factory according to their orders and update them in the system for the successful delivery of the goods
