职位描述
Purpose of the position:
- Responsible for Bulk PvD planning management in nort h area
- Roll out S&OP management and SoM to north area
- Supply chain optimization in north area
- Support GAIN in north area
Primary Responsibility:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operation and transportation team to implement S&OP management, periodically propose S&OP plan for bulk merchant business in East China
- Run planning tools to compare actual demand with forecasting, work closely with sales and operation team to review accuracy on demand forecasting
- Assess distribution capacity requirement along with delivery demand growth
- Run supply chain optimization tools and review optimized proposal on distribution resource allocation with transportation team periodically.
- Support NSC to review actual liquid source allocation by customer and give technical proposal on optimized solution
- Provide bulk supply chain optimization proposal and support marketing team to review LINDE and external source allocation
Required Qualification:
- Degree in engineering, technology or logistics.
- 5 years' working experience in logistics and 3 years' working experience in planning, working experience on MRP or MRP2 is preferred.
- Skilled in Excel, knowledge on micro is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic finance.
- Good English in oral and written.
- Willing to travel
