Job Title:Logistics Coordinator


SUMMARY
The position is responsible for supporting logistics supervisor about supervise whole logistics operation including but not limited to product planning & importation, inventory control, sales order processing, physical goods deliveries, etc, in close coordination with sales office, dealers and warehouse within the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Daily logistic work for order processing to support the regional operation smoothly & successfully.
-Purchase Order Processing – closely communication with corporate team to ensure local requirement and needs are being addressed. Work closely with Commercial department & Service department to place purchase order for all including equipment, disposable and spare parts in Oracle timely & accurately. Prepare relevant shipping documents to the import agent company’s Customs declaration and track the shipment status to ensure the purchasing cycle run smoothly & successfully.
-Facilitate the Demand Planning review with Sales, Marketing, Trade, and other related functions on monthly basis, and develop the 24-month sales forecast by product.
-Execute the importation orders and monitor the inventory movement.
-Keep safety inventory holding level in line with company guideline.
-Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse for inventory level report.
-Execute Distributor rebate practice and sales team incentive practice
-Other projects and ad hoc assignment.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED
1.fresh graduate of 2012 or 1-2 years' working experience in international company 2.University graduate or above, major in Logistic, International Trading etc.
3.Oracle ERP system experience preferred
4.Result oriented and may require off-hours conference call to get thing accomplished.
5.Be a team player. Have good Project Management skills in driving project for result
6.Willing to work under pressure
7.Strong communication in English and Mandarin, supervisory, and relationship building skills
8.Problem solving skill and work independently
