As a merchandiser in Cal-Scan, your main responsibilities are described as following:

. Assist sales manager to prepare offers to the customers ;

. Assist sales department to prepare samples for Fairs;

. Recommend products to sales department;

. Preparing color swatches for sales department;

. assist sourcing manager to retrieve inquiry from factories;

. Co-ordinate with sourcing manager to develop new products;

. Follow up on sampling, orders and logistics;

. Making shipping documents;

. Updating order info in system;

. Assist account department to arrange for payment to factories;

. Visiting factories;

. Attending Fairs in Guangzhou every year in Mar.

. Keep good communication with other departments to ensure shipment on time;

. Build and maintain good relationship with suppliers;

. Negotiating price with suppliers;

. Project management;

To fulfill the job tasks, you need to have the following skills:

. Be acquainted with export process;

. Writing & Reading English;

. Initiation in communication & response

. High sense of organization;

作为CAL-SCAN的外贸业务跟单，你的主要工作职责如下所述：

. 协助销售经理做报价给客户;

. 协助销售经理为展会准备样品；

. 推荐产品给销售部门；

. 给销售部门准备色样；

. 协助采购经理从工厂拿报价；

. 与采购经理协作开发新产品；

. 跟进样品，订单与物流；

. 做出货文件；

. 进公司系统更新订单信息；

. 协助财务安排付款给工厂；

. 拜访工厂；

. 参加每年3月广州的家具展；

. 与其他部门保存良好的沟通并确保出货准时；

. 与工厂建立良好的合作关系；

. 与工厂谈价；

. 项目管理；

为胜任工作职责，你需要具备如下技能：

. 熟悉外贸出口流程；

. 良好的英语读写；
