职位描述：
1. Responsible for get customer's orders/forecast and give deliver acknowledgement accordingly;
     对客户订单/预测，并提供相应的确认；
2. Responsible for track open orders to ensure close on time, ensure released sales order close on time;
     负责订单跟踪，确保准时关闭,确保经确认的销售订单准时发货；
3. Responsible for Materials planning,controlling and inventory management, responsible for inventory turn and safety stock;
    负责物料计划，控制和库存管理，负责存货周转和安全库存；
4. Ensure the production line is not caused by unreasonable production schedule of the production line or lack the material stop line;
     确保生产线不因生产排程的不合理或缺少材料造成生产线停线；
5. Make sure that the supplier's delivery plan is not due to a lack of reasonable production plan changes to be delivered;
    确保供应商的交付计划不因生产计划的不合理变化而无法交付；
6. Quick reponse and adjusting production plan to match urgent order demand;
  迅速反应和调整生产计划为协调紧急订单的需求；
7. Timely release includes production and production scheduling, generate and review production work order and daily, weekly, monthly statements and reports, timely related master data maintenance, guarantee was responsible for the accuracy of the report and data;
    准时制作及发布包括生产排程、生成和审核生产工单等各种日、周、月度报表及报告，及时维护相关主数据，保证所负责的报表和数据的准确性；


Qualifications required:
任职要求:
1. Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility, able to continuously improve and enhance their own work;
   有上进心和强烈的责任心，能够不断改进和提高自己的工作；
2. Good communication skills, team cooperation ability and logical thinking ability;
   具有良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力及逻辑思维能力；
3. Efficiency is the highest, compressive ability, and can accept a moderate amount of overtime;
    效率至上，抗压能力强，并可接受适度的加班；
4. Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or management, understand the basic principle of MRP part of ERP, to how to use ERP to improve their work to have certain understanding.For capacity planning, inventory control, more profound understanding of engineering change process;
     工业工程，了解ERP中MRP部分的基本工作原理，对如何利用ERP改善自身工作有一定的了解。对能力规划、库存控制、工程变更流程较深刻的了解；
5. At least 3 years working experience in the production plan;
