岗位职责:

Technical Support & Problem Solving / 技术支持及问题排查
- System operation technical support, especially Working on complicated enterprise level system support and troubleshooting.
系统运维支持，尤其是大型企业级系统支持，故障处理
- Responsible to support Junior Engineers, and strong capability on problem solving.
指导初级工程师有效地工作，进行事件处理
System Design, Maintenance, Performance Monitoring/Tuning and IT System security audit. /系统设计、维护、性能监控/调优和安全审计
- Develop and enhance an IT system management framework to ensure the SLA meet with customer needs.
建置/提高有效的IT系统运维体系，满足客户的服务级别
- Understanding of IT risk management, set up and maintain a risk-mitigation plan including improvement, prevention and repair activities
对IT系统进行风险管控，建立有效的机制来预防风险
- Work as a part time System Architect and Responsible to design/implement and operating large, scalable, high performing, highly available IT infrastructure with significant domain expertise in several of the following domains: HA, Load Balancing, Security, SLA/OLA.
从事系统架构相关的工作，负责设计/实施/运维大型、可扩展、高性能、高可用的IT基础架构系统，具备HA，负载均衡，安全防护，SLA/OLA的专业技术
- Work with vendor in system administration and support of 24x7 critical IT infrastructure.
负责数据中心的系统管理员工作，满足IT核心系统7*24的技术支持
IT Operation Compliance / IT运维合规性管理
- Lead problem management and Handle change requests. / 主导事件管理和需求变更处理
- Work with IT Security Officer to design IT system audit guideline, and perform audit activities in order to meet with customer needs.
建立信息系统审计准则,满足客户的审计要求
Partnership Maintenance / 供应商管理
- Build up/maintenance a good relationship with partner, and ensure outside resource available when needed.
根据公司业务系统需求，管理合适的供应商等外部资源，满足IT运维

任职资格:

本科，计算机相关专业
Bachelor, Computer releated Major
5+ years of system administration experience in implementing and operating large, scalable, high performing, highly available IT infrastructure with significant domain expertise in several of the following domains: HA, Load Balancing, Security, SLA/OLA.
Technical:
- Microsoft/Linux certification or equivalent work experience required;

- Deep understanding of system administration and support of 24x7 critical infrastructure;

- Solid knowledge & deep understanding of with major OS, especially for Windows2003/2008/2012, RedHat Linux – Must.
　精通操作系统，如:Windows2003/2008/2012和Redhat
- Experience with scripting, be familiar with at least one of these scripts: PowerShell, Linux Shell, etc;
能够使用一种以上的脚本工具进行开发，以满足系统运维的需求，如：Powershell, Linux shell等
- Experience with the following Service, MS SQL, Oracle, Exchange server etc;
了解 MSSQL、Oracle、Exchange技术
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with major virtualization platforms; VMware is must.
精通VMware产品技术，有虚拟化平台的维护经验
- Excellent system structure analysis fundamentals and Strong capability on problem solving.
　能够进行分析系统架构和处理故障能力
- Expertise in a majority of the following technologies, including Data Backup, HP/IBM x86 Servers, EMC Storage technologies is must.
　熟悉HP/IBM X86服务器、EMC存储等硬件及数据备份。
