职位描述：
Mission, roles and responsibilities
Purchase order management:
 Place Purchase order in ERP system
？ Communication with Logistics (Material planner) and suppliers to find agreement on delivery plan
？ Manage order confirmation and maintain data to ERP system
？ Follow up supplier delivery, anticipate risk of delay and define action plans accordingly
？ Follow up action plan defined for potential delays, and escalate issues when necessary
？ Follow up the non-conformity material replacement
？ Invoice and payment handling
？ To work closely with Logistics team to optimize the inventory level and forecast
？ To work closely with Sourcing team to optimize the supplier lead time and delivery performance

Measurement
Success in the job will be measured through the following criteria:
? Supplier on time delivery rate (Service rate) for responsible commodity and Product line
? Nrs. Of product line stoppage due to supplier &Purchasing team
Required qualification/Experiences
Required qualification

? Bachelor degree in business, Engineering, or English
? 1-2 years working experience in sourcing or supply chain area
? Result-oriented
? Team work ability
? Strong communication skills
