Requirements:
1.More than 2 years Special Gases (SP) background and sales experience or related industry in a business to
business setting preferably within specialized industry
2.Basic technical and industry specific expertise
3.Basic financial knowledge

7.Demonstrated negotiation skills

Role Description:
A technical sales responsible for acquiring and maintaining SP customers for assigned territory, who has a basic specific market sector knowledge and/or technical application expertise
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Leverages welding technical and industry knowledge to identify profitable new welding and SP opportunities
2.Builds relationships with key shareholders at multiple levels
3.Identifies growth objectives for target opportunities and creates plan to capture
4.Work with product manager/application engineer closely to identify market opportunities
5.Reviews customers' technical processes and flow to define current and future application requirements
6.Has basic knowledge of welding technology and industry trends and can articulate benefits and efficiency of
various technologies
7.Negotiates contract details with direction of Line manager
8.Acquires all IP business selected in the territory
Contract Management & Renewal:
1.Manages a portfolio of accounts within a defined territory
2.Reviews account performance and manages contract renewals in a timely manner
3.Develops account plan and manages implementation; resolves service issues
4.Develops pricing strategy for assigned territory in alignment with allocation goals
Key Performance Indicators:
1.Revenue, GPADE,and DSO
2.Business Gain & Loss, especially for value added customers
3.Price increase
