ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
基本职责和责任
Familiar with cost calculation process and system in manufacturing environment
Cost report, analysis and capability in finding cost saving chances
Monthly reports in China GAAP and IFRS
ERP experience in manufacturing environment, especially in Finance module
Define control points in a manufacturing operation covering procurement, inventory management, sales, collection & credit control, reimburse & expense, project & investment and IT
Work with internal control auditors to fulfil management auditing and lead correction plans
Right hand to Finance manager for timely and accurate monthly, quarterly & yearly reports, and budget process.
 Closing entries key in ERP, and manage team closing smoothly ;
 Supervise accounting team to ensure regular rules are complied with;
 Monthly close checklist & Monthly account reconciliation
 Group HFM reporting filling;
 Prepare, reconcile and consolidate MGT reporting correctly and timely;
 Local statutory reporting timely;
 Team improvement;
Tax support:
High-tech company project supporting and maintains
Tax report preparation;
VAT reconciliation;
VAT Refund;
Annual auditing supporting:
Support to external/internal auditing;
.Finance administration:
CASH Management
Fixed Management
ERP system maintenance;
Company administration registered coordinate;
Ad hoc tasks.
Organizational Relationships:
 Report to Finance Controller


Required qualifications and/or experience : Other characteristics or qualities required :
. 5+ years of finance experience, preferred in international entities
. 3+ years similar experience
. thoroughly understanding of all processes in manufacturing environment is a must
. ERP experience, preferred Kingdee K3 system
. Command of good English
