Job Description:
A.Manages the customer quality interface to ensure that requirements (focus on products) are understood and met, including assisting in complaint resolution and root cause and corrective action determination.
B.Analyzes quality performance cross-functional plant-wide teams to assist in driving products quality improvements, meet the strategic goal, and share experience by quality alert process.
C.Develops and implements the Quality Engineering function organizational structure to support annual and strategic plans. Designs and implements quality tools training programs and conducts training in quality engineering-related topics.
D.Represent quality function in product NPI process & execution.
E.Supports plant in obtaining and maintaining their EBE / EQS / ELSS / MESH /… Certification
F.Regularly communicates and demonstrates the Eaton best practices, ethics, values and philosophy such that these cultural attributes are incorporated throughout the organization. Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals and philosophy and encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships
G.Drive the principles of a performance-based organization in the development, enhancement and constant reinforcement of APEX goals & development plans and employee satisfaction survey action items.
Qualifications:
a.Basic Requirements are bachelor degree and medium level of English, good written and speaking skills;
b.Major in Material or electrical & electronics Engineering;
c.At least 5 years working experience in electrical & electronics components manufacturing; at least 2 year experience supervising operations professional personnel;
d.Expert of quality tools and its application, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Process Capability Study and other statistical tools;
e.Proven record in leading team problem solving and quality improvement project, using quality tools and structured methodologies.
f.Experience in epoxy, ferric core and winding process failure analysis is additional;
g.Proficient in Six Sigma methodology (Green/Black belt preferred).
h.Knowledgeable in the application of Product/Process standards of Customer Quality Requirements.
i.Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
j.Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English
k.Computer literate and familiar with Minitab and Microsoft Office; 举报 分享
