职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
? Review NDA and IP contracts in English and in Chinese;
? Identify and analyze legal and contractual risks and make initial review comments and revise the contracts if needed;
? Communicate to the other departments regarding the contract review results and provide assistance and consultations to negotiations;
? Assist on Anti-counterfeiting, IP infringements cases, including coordinate with internal teams and outside partners on administrative raids, customs protection, investigation, trade secret infringements and internet IP protections;
? Assist on IP litigations, including preparing documentation and evidence;
? Preparing documentation for filing patent applications and other patent reports for informing all relevant parties of all required administrative and status information; Communicate with RnD team and provide assistance and consultations on IP filing and protection;
? Docketing invention disclosures and preparing confirmation on administrative and status information to inventors and other relevant parties;
? Assist on trademark prosecution, IP enforcement cases and IP litigations
? Support the IP attorney paralegal function in the administration of the IP Law Group electronic document management and patent records database;
? Assisting in provide IP trainings to internal departments and external authorities;
? IP researches on laws, regulations and rules

Requirement:
? 2-3 years working experience in legal matters, with law degree in a reputable Law School (Outstanding graduate or post graduate may be considered), a certification/degree in IP laws will be added advantage;
? A practical understanding of the patent and trademark systems/laws/procedures in the China, PCT and around the world or high degree of motivation to acquire this knowledge through internal training, online courses and on the job experience.
? Experience in legal and contractual risk management areas
? Outstanding academic credentials and solid legal skills
? Fluent in both oral and written English
? Proficient in MS office tools
? Team player and self-motivated
? Good communication and interpersonal skills 举报 分享
