职位描述:
As Supply Chain Executive, you are the leader to manage all the supply chain related issues from customer side to factory side.

As our window to the customers, you represent the culture of our company and the spirit of our service by your daily actions and communication with customers. Please refer to ICS rules to fulfill the standard Cal-Scan requires.
As our window to the suppliers, you deliver clear requirements and manage suppliers’ team to achieve the targets for Cal-Scan to ensure the best purchasing conditions and delivery results.
In both cases, you need to consolidate all necessary information from different team members, including sales manager, sourcing manager, and quality team.

Detailed responsibilities are as below:
? Provide offers to customer based on customer queries:
? Analysis customer need and define customer requirements;
? Provide offers (price quotation, product sample, swatches) to customers by each query project oriented management, including schedule management, communication to stakeholders, product customization if necessary, product development with suppliers, price negotiation, margin setting, …etc.;
? Manage offers database to maintain service history for each customer.

? Manage sales orders and purchase orders:
? Confirm sales order conditions with customer and purchase order conditions with supplier, including condition (quantity, price, delivery) finalization, order signature;
? Manage both sales and purchase orders in system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and in reality till the payment done, including order follow-up, action initiation to ensure order conditions or to treat anomalies, shipping document preparations, payment tracing, etc.;
? Proactively communication with all related stakeholders (customers, suppliers and internal team members) regularly for any anomalies, decision seeking, quality issues, shipment delays, etc.
? Ensure fulfillment of all the order conditions in terms of on time delivery and payment.

? Manage other supply chain related topics:
? Ad hoc after-sales services: answer inquiries, etc...;
? Maintain good customer and supplier relationship;
? Fairs participation: including sample preparation, attendance, after fair follow-up;




Skills & Experience
Necessary skills are required for the position as following:
? Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken languages: including E-mail writing
? Proficiency in software skills of PDF editing and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Dynamics NAV)
? Basic knowledge of procurement process of international trading (preferred)
? Fluent spoken English (preferred)
