职位描述：
1、负责新产品技术框架的构建及现有产品的改进工作。

Responsible for the construct of new product technical framework and improvement of existing products.

2、负责新产品的配方的设计、执行、生产和工艺改进，并进行技术攻关，制定相应方案，并进行可行性评估试验；

Responsible for the implementation of new product recipe, production and process improvement, focusing on the technical key problem, corresponding implementation plan or solutions and making the feasibility assessment experiment;

3、收集整理行业市场的产品标准、测试方法、测试技术和测试标准。

Collect and sort the product standards、test method 、technology and standard of the industry market.
 

4、对同类竞争产品进行对比分析，并对相关产品进行信息收集及市场调研。

Analysis and collect the competitor` samples and the relevant product information.

5、提供针对销售经理及产品开发总监的技术支持，协助售后技术服务工作。

Assist the sales manager and the application director in technical support and service.

6、针对新供应商做好品质评估与认证，以保证供应商的优良性。

Quality assessment and certification of the new supplier, to ensure that the supplier is optimal.

7、负责建立公司技术资料库，完善产品质量管理体系及技术标准。

Establish and optimize the technology database、quality management system and technology standards

8、产品正式认可后，移交整套技术及工艺性文件，指导、协助生产人员进行第一次大货生

   产，及时解决生产中出现的技术质量问题。
