职位描述：
岗位职责
1、全面负责整条生产线的人员管理及各项生产活动；
2、制定生产计划，下达并落实生产任务，控制生产作业进度；
3、密切跟踪生产情况，实时掌握生产动态，确保订单按期完成，并完成月产目标；
4、及时对生产上出现的问题做出响应行动，及时发现问题、及时追踪，并分析根本原因，重在解决问题；
5、负责提高生产效率及确保并改善产品质量的行动计划与落地实施；
6、负责生产过程中的成本及物料控制，消除制造过程中的浪费；
7、负责生产过程中员工的规范操作及标准化操作，推进全员改善，确保生产现场的安全和清洁（6S管理）；
8、负责员工的管理、培训和培养。

任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，理工科等相关专业为佳，要求具备较强的逻辑分析及周密的策划能力；
2、以稳定在湖州安吉周边发展的为主，有在外地大城市大企业从业经验并想返乡回安吉发展的优先录取；
3、多年医疗器械或者纺织行业生产型企业管理工作经验，或有外企生产主管经验者优先；
4、精通生产管理、质量管理、设备管理、物料管理、流程管理等；
5、具有优秀的领导、组织能力，沟通、协调能力，方案策划与执行能力，团队内部及跨部门合作能力；
6、具有很好的逻辑分析能力，周密的方案策划能力和问题迅速解决能力。 举报 分享

Zhejiang Anji Huifeng Surgical Dressings Co.,Ltd, was founded in 1998 and is
located in Anji which is not far away from Shanghai. The factory covers 26000 square meters and has about 350 employees. Huifeng has been focused on researching and developing bandage over 17 years.
