职位描述：
(一)R&D Engineer – Compounding 塑料改性 1名
Main Activities:
(1) Compounding Workshop operation
In full compliance with **’s safety standards, the job holder’s first mission is to manage daily operations of compounding workshop in R&D center. This task includes raw material management, compounding campaign planning and preparation (conditions) by discussing with product team and experts, equipment maintenance, continuous improvement. Objective is to run operations with good efficiency, reactivity, reliability, always keeping in mind the industrialization step.
(2) Industrialization scale-up support
The job holder is in charge of supporting the scale-up of new compound to the factory or to our subcontractors in China. This task includes preparation of deliverables and targets to communicate to the process team, discussion and support of process team until and after industrial trials, support factory for compounding - related trials or issues (homologation of new raw material, etc).
(3) Compounding know-how and expertise
The job holder is in charge of building up the know-how and expertise in compounding technology in R&D center, especially in the field of highly filled materials (glass fiber, carbon fiber). Strong and regular interactions are expected between the job holder and ** processing experts (France, Japan).

Requirements:
1.Master degree at least in polymer compounding field
2.Above 2+ years working experience in the field of Polymer compounding

（二）R&D Engineer – Injection 注塑模型 1名
Main Activities:
(1) Development of new range of products for injection applications
In collaboration with global Injection team, the job holder is in charge of supporting the development and the scale-up of new range of products for injection applications. This task includes:
- Participate in product development (Stage Gate Project) and characterization
- Lead evaluation by injection molding
- Build up injection guidelines for customers
- Provide technical assistance at customers when required
(2) Injection Molding technology expertise
The job holder is expected to significantly enhance the Injection Molding expertise in CRDC. This task includes:
- Build up partnership for tooling and mold making
- Injection technology benchmark

Requirements:
1.Master degree (PhD degree preferred) in the field of injection molding technologies
2. Above 3+ years working experience in the field of injection molding

(三)R&D Engineer – Initiators 引发剂 1名
Main Activities:
1.Develop new solutions for polymerization processes using Organic Peroxides, according to market needs.
2.Make use of the R&D center’s high technical facility to develop new ideas and scale them up. Run the laboratory in an efficient and safe manner.
3.Imagine new products, according to technical possibilities and background intellectual property constraints.
4.Bring solutions to market development level, through appropriate customer support activity.
5.Collaborate closely with ** R&D Centers in France / US to go faster and make use of global resources.
6.On a marketing point of view, develop a thorough understanding of how customers use our products and what are their needs.
7.Provide Technical service at customers on recently commercialized products.
8.Identify key technical needs and challenges at customers .
9.Propose new R&D projects according to these challenges
10.Participate in development of regional BU strategies

Requirements:
1.Master or PhD, in Polymer Chemistry, Polymerization (emulsion, or solvent borne), or related fields.
2. 5-10 years Industrial Experience in Polymer synthesis and Applications Development is a plus.
3.Preferably customer experience with proven track record of success;
4.Experience with Organic Peroxides is a plus.
5.Hands-on experience in Polymer synthesis and grafting, Polymerization, Polymer Chemistry, is a plus.
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
