Job title: Financial Assistant/Accountant
Function: Finance
Reports to: Finance Controller
Sub Function: China JV
Location: Shanghai, China
Job purpose: Responsible for the daily working of Cash/Bank/Foreign Exchange (Opportunities to be promoted in 1 year according to the capacity of the candidates.)
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 8]:
?Cash and Bank: Daily working related cash and bank, including payment, reconciliation, communication with bank and etc.
?Foreign Exchange: Foreign exchange declaration, Foreign exchange payment, SAFE communications.
?3r-party payment platforms management and follow-up.
?Check the payment applications and related supported documents according to the regulations and policies; follow up the internal approval procedures per authority limit.
?Communication with colleagues related payment and collection status.
?Treasury related reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
?Ad-hoc jobs assigned by FC. Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:
Must have:
?Experiences in Cash and Bank.
?Experiences in Foreign Exchange.
?Strong communication and coordination skills
?Sense of responsibility and team spirit
?Good time management
?Ability and willingness to work in an ambiguous and constantly evolving start-up environment
?Fluent/native Chinese (mandarin)
?Good command of English
?Good command of office software and financial software.
Preferred:
?Good command about the PBOC and SAFE regulations.
?Experiences in 3rd-party payment platform.
?Experiences in travel agency
Technical / professional qualifications:
?University degree major in Finance and Accounting.
Key performance indicators [max 3]:
?Accurate info and paper working
?Can follow the tight timeline
