Reports to: IT Director Sub Function: China JV
Level / Grade: [n/a] Location: Shanghai, China
-Job purpose: Coordinate the development and continuous enhancement of system development and relevant solutions
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 8]:
1.Plan and implement IT projects as per business requirement, define project scope, timeline, resources and detailed project activities.
2. Work with internal and external resources to ensure deliverables are accurate, complete and on time as per business requirement
3. Monitor project progress, report any deviations in time, identify risks and make mitigation plan
4. Facilitate all project communication, keep stakeholders and relevant teams involved throughout the project
5. Act as a bridge between IT and business, coordinate system testing, user training, implementation
6. Create and maintain project documentations Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:
Must have:
1.More than 6 years of working experience and 4 years in project management
2.Solid project management skill, strong communication and good English, PMP will be a plus.
3.Capable of leading project, controlling progress in a dynamic environment.
4.Capable of working under pressure and tight timeline
5.Ability to analyse and define requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
6.Experience in solutions like reservation system, system integration, website etc.
7.Knowledge of SDLC, agile development, QA, e-commerce website, CRM
Preferred:
1.Experience of working in the travel industry or OTA
2.Experience of system development project
Technical / professional qualifications:
1. Degree of engineering or software design (min. Bachelor level)
