Summary of Job Duties
Be responsible for drafting, improving and transfering various of productions.
Be responsible for maintenance of equipment and improvement of infrastructure.
Achieve FY's EHS goal of Tyco.
Manage the team and improve the staff's professional skill constantly.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for drafting, improving and transfering various of productions.
Be responsible for transfering and localizing of new products to ensure they will be put into production normally.
Be responsible for improving of available products to enhance production efficiency.
Investigate and purchase production facilities and equipment at home and abroad.
Be responsible for maintenance of equipment and improvement of infrastructure to ensure shutting down time which is caused by equipment failure is not exceed 48h annually.
Be responsible for amendment plant building and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities.
Accomplish the new facility project construction and operation work and improve equipment based on the needs of development.
Achieve FY's EHS goal of Tyco.
Manage the team and improve the staff's professional skill constantly.
Requirements
Educational background: Bachelor's and above
Professional knowledge:Project management, time management, communication skills, EHS knowledge, leadership
Professional skills:Production technology's introduction and localization development
Work experience: Min. 5 years of work experience in professional skill and management of technique.
Most Important Competence Required
Timely completion of the existing building and maintenance of the infrastructure, according to the plan to complete the new construction project's process and the quality of construction.
Constantly improve the current state of EHS and the team's performance management
