Job Description
Eaton Corporation, Vehicle Group, Auto Business located in Shanghai, China has an opening for Customer Manager.
This position is responsible for managing the regional sales objectives (Profit Plan) and activities for our Diesel OEM customers (Cat., Weichai, SDEC, SFH, Yangchai, etc). New customer and opportunity win is also required for the business development. In addition, it will serve as the strong voice of the customer within the organization, as well as a day-to-day spokesman for the company with the customer and keep in good relationship with customers. It will provide the support required to facilitate the introduction of new products and insure availability and OEM engineering.
The main job responsibilities are:
1.Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies to support the business plan at the Chinese diesel OEM accounts. Develop & grow market share, resolve product problems, insure customer satisfaction. Achieve HD business profit plan objectives in relevant diesel customer groups of China.
2.Drive conversion of competitive products to Eaton products in new OEM program specifications. Develop programs to maintain long-term strategic partnerships. Establish or increase market share.
3.Effectively manage the introduction of new products. Create demand for new products to insure engineering release at major OEMs.
4.Initiate and coordinate the resolution of product issues. Maintain customer satisfaction.
5.Manages sales opportunities through the stages of the selling cycle resulting in improved win rates and improved business cases.
6.Maintain the relationship with Cat., Weichai, SFH, SDEC, Yangchai, etc.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales/Engineering related field.
2.Proficient in English & Mandarin.
3.At least 5 years working experience in sales, diesel OEM management experience is preferred.
4.Consistently acts in an ethical, open, honest, trustworthy and truthful manner.
5.Self-motivated and goal oriented individual.
6.Ability to manage customers in multiple locations.
7.Specialized knowledge of auto industry.
8.Negotiate with cross levels of management at customers.
