职位描述：
Job description

1. Enter Customer orders into SAP and coordinate with supply chain, supply points, logistics and other relevant functions to ensure in full and on time delivery results. Communicate order and delivery details directly to Customers, Distributors, Agents and the Sales Team. Support Sales Team requests by providing price quotations, specific sales data, customer questionnaires, etc.
2. Manage complaints received from Customers, Distributors and Agents and where required collect the necessary data for direct input into the QNS. Manage corrective action outcome where product returns, replacements and credits are required.
3. Manage credit control related issues by proactively following up with Customers, Distributors and Agents to collect AR on time and in full. Ensure AR balance is accurately reconciled with Customers, Distributors and Agents where required.
4. Manage the collection of sales forecasts to timely and accurately update APO for Asia Countries by interacting with the Sales Team.
5. Undertake other general administration tasks as assigned by immediate Manager.

 Requirements

1. Basic knowledge on computer and Microsoft Office.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, team work spirit.
3. Good command of reading and written English.
4. Working experience on similar position is preferred.
5. Working experience on SAP is preferred.
6. Prefer working experience in a similar position above 1 year. 举报 分享
