售后质量管理工程师：
- General skills for after-sales quality stuff and technical knowledge about chassis and engine system are expected
- 处理日常有关售后质量事务管理，具备底盘系统和发动机系统相关知识和经验
- Knowledge of supplier quality assurance.
- 熟悉供应商质量保险索赔等事项
- Strong negotiation skills and conflict management
- 擅长沟通和协商，能够有效处理有关争议和谈判
- Proficiency with TS 16949, and quality problem solving tools
- 熟悉质量体系16949，以及质量问题解决工具
- Familiar with 8D process, rich experience in problem solving including analysis and actions.
- 熟悉8D流程，具有丰富的问题解决经验，包括分析和采取措施
- Strong capability of Supplier problem analysis result verification
- 具有很强的能力，验证供应商问题的分析
- Knowledge transfer to recourse teams about 8D interpretation
- 能够把问题解决8D的具体内容和知识传递给团队
- Tools, process optimizations for defect investigations or tend tracking
- 能够制定或优化相关的工具和流程，调查问题原因并跟踪质量趋势
- Good English in writing and oral communication, availability to travel
