Main Responsibilities:

1. Timely collect national and local HSE related laws, codes and regulations, discern proper use in company.

2. Implement routine HSE inspection, provide corrective action suggestions, and follow up accordingly.

3. Keep fire fighting facilities in good working condition.

4. Provide HSE training to employees and contractors, organize drill.

5. Support developing HSE procedures and ensuring all activities are in compliance with the procedures.

6. Initiate professional training for personnel working in special position, such as Welding, Electric, Forklift, etc.
7. Ensure safety permit program is used properly every time: Lockout-Tag out-Try, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Line Break, Excavation, etc.

8. Coordinate with other departments for toxic chemicals purchasing, storing, using, inventory, etc.

9. As a liaison person with authorities, keep effective communication.

10. Manage company Security affairs.

11. Ensure CEM and all environmental monitoring and control equipment are operating properly and submit proper reports

12. Supply monthly HSE Scorecard data to the corporation

13. Conduct TapRoot investigations as required.

14. Ensure Safety Procedures properly documented and in Qualtrax.

Qualification Requirements:

1. University or college degree majored in chemistry, chemical engineering, safety engineering or equivalent.
2. More than 2-3 years HSE work experience.
3. Good English skill in both oral and written.
4. Good computer skill.
5. Self-motivate, willing to learn more and new things.
