? To process all incoming calls promptly and adequately with standard greeting words as required in KPI, make daily records and weekly summaries on miss calls and analysis of causes
? Wear uniform, be able to work on shifts and always be on a light makeup during working time
? Ensure work area clean and tidy, do Lobby check at least twice a day and make records
? To assist visitors to the site at reception area, stand up to answer questions when facing to visitors
? Complete monthly FM report on reception parts with detailed data/supporting documents
? To comply with all C&W policies & GE policies and procedures and adhere to company standards
? To perform other duties as assigned and if needed be back up for Helpdesk, Switchboard roles, etc.
? Do job rotation among Reception, Conference Center and Helpdesk when necessary
? Do con-call account application
Experience&Qualifications
? Pleasant personality with previous customer caring experience preferred
? Minimum 1-2 year working experience in related field
? Computer literate – proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
? Good command of Chinese and the English language (written and spoken)
