职位描述：
1、主持本部门的日常工作，及时了解各项工作情况；并检查、督促和协调工作进展；
2、对本部门员工进行合理配置，核定内部分工范围，负责制定本部门员工的岗位职责，建立各岗位责任制；
3、经常巡查各地方环境卫生及达标情况；
4、负责对新员工进行技术培训及辅导（作业程序，机械、工具的使用方法，工作范围）
5、培训员工安全防范意识，消除安全隐患；
6、对下属管理人员和员工的工作进行监督考核；
7、负责客户投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果，确保客户满意度；
8、本部门相关的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、熟悉保洁工作流程，熟悉保洁各类机器操作功能及药剂的使用；
2、能承受较大的工作压力；
3、能承受较大的工作压力；工作细致、严谨；
4、具有高度的工作热情、敬业精神和责任感
