Reports to: Finance Controller Sub Function: China JV
Level / Grade: [n/a] Location: Shanghai, China
Job purpose: Responsible for the daily working of Cash/Bank/Foreign Exchange
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 8]:
? Cash and Bank: Daily working related cash and bank, including payment, reconciliation, communication with bank and etc.
? Foreign Exchange: Foreign exchange declaration, Foreign exchange payment, SAFE communications.
? 3r-party payment platforms management and follow-up.
? Check the payment applications and related supported documents according to the regulations and policies; follow up the internal approval procedures per authority limit.
? Communication with colleagues related payment and collection status.
? Treasury related reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
? Ad-hoc jobs assigned by FC. Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:
Must have:
? Experiences in Cash and Bank.
? Experiences in Foreign Exchange.
? Strong communication and coordination skills
? Sense of responsibility and team spirit
? Good time management
? Ability and willingness to work in an ambiguous and constantly evolving start-up environment
? Fluent/native Chinese (mandarin)
? Good command of English
? Good command of office software.

Preferred:
? Good command about the PBOC and SAFE regulations.
? Experiences in 3rd-party payment platform.
? Experiences in travel agency
Technical / professional qualifications:
? University degree major in Finance and Accounting.
