岗位职责：
1、管理保洁部门全体员工日常工作事务及团队建设； 2、确保公司政策与程序的正确执行； 3、定期走访客户，听取客户对工作的意见； 4、负责对下属的管理、培训、指导、绩效管理、激励； 5、管理物料的采购和库存，及对保洁设备的保养； 6、遵守既定的预算指导方针，负责财务预测、监督支出、达到或控制在部门预算内；7、领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、高中以上学历，性别户籍不限，诚恳有责任心； 2、具有丰富的人员招聘、培训，以及调、排班等经验；3、2年以上服务行业或劳动力密集型行业现场管理工作经验，有大型酒店、商场或医院物业保洁管理工作经验者优先； 4、具有良好的沟通协调能力、专业形象和团队协作意识； 5、具有很强的适应能力和承受较大工作压力的能力； 6、能够适应医院工作环境。 举报 分享
