职位描述：
Responsible for coordinating the monthly/quarterly/annual close & forecasting processes, working closely with Division and Sector finance teams

?Responsible for the control, accounting & reporting of the APAC Electrical RHQ budget, including ensuring the necessary service agreements are in place to facilitate the cash flows in locations with restricted currencies

?Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc.

?Assists management decision making by providing value-added analysis and financial insight in the areas of pricing, capital investment, business development, etc.

A. Coordinate monthly close and forecasting processes for Electrical Sector, Asia Pacific.
B. Consolidate, analyze and report financial data of Electrical Sector, Asia Pacific. Working closely with Division finance teams to put together meaningful regional commentaries of financial results (actual & rolling forecasts), as well as other Sector required reports to Electrical Sector Headquarters and regional management.
C. Responsible for the control, accounting & reporting of the APAC RHQ ledger (including ensuring that service agreements are in place to facilitate the cash flow in locations with restricted currencies).
D. Drive process improvements within scope of job.
E. Under-take special analyses to support strategic business decision making, including financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives, capital investments, changing business models, pricing models, etc.
F. Participate in the annual profit planning process, including working with the Division finance teams and headquarters planning teams to develop a solid plan with all required presentation materials for regional and Sector reviews.
G. Support preparation of materials for operating and related business reviews with the Corporate/Sector leadership teams.
H. Support the preparation of the Strategic Plan financials.
I. Undertake assignments / projects as directed by Senior Regional Finance Manager, Finance & Planning.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

Position requires degreed accountant with 7 to 8 years of experience. Incumbent must be action oriented, organized, and intelligent, possess good business acumen, and have good interpersonal skills.
The incumbent also must be able to work with senior financial/business management and communicate financial information in a user-friendly manner.
Timeliness, accuracy & organizational skills are critical to the success of the incumbent.
Frequently demonstrates the ability to be a self-starter, solve complex problems and adding value to the business/operations through data-driven, meaningful analysis. Good attention to detail, understand basic accounting concepts and practices, use sound judgment in a variety of situations, exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selection methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
