Job Duties:
- Create and Monitor the KPI of the Asia Supply Chain for all the supplier
- Check all the follow up of orders
- Communicate this KPI every Month to all our supplier
- Participate in regular reviews with suppliers to ensure all terms and conditions are met and that any problems are identified and resolved
- Maintain and interpret savings data to measure supplier performance to identify trends, gaps
- Monitor and manage the performance of key suppliers
- Establishes improvement targets and measurements
- Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, trainings and metrics.
- Ensure that all the orders tool is updated to assure orders transparency
- Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Manager
Requirements:
- College degree or above; Certification in supply chain management desirable.
- Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others;
- Good communication skill;
- Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- High sense of job responsibility;
- Good level of spoken and written in English;
