1. Develop new channels for foreigner teacher recruitment, mainly on internet and some other channel to get more leads and successful replacement of foreign teachers to the franchise schools.
2. Create new channels for recruiting foreign teacher with the help of the line manager.
3. Set up stable recruitment channel and follow all the channel to make sure to reach the recruitment target.
4. Coordinate with global TRT offices to receive and place teacher/Dos candidates in China English First schools.
5. Aid and/or facilitate the attainment of visas, flights and other logistics arrangements between schools and accepted candidates to ensure teachers arrive at schools in a timely manner
6. Work with AOM to close follow-up with teacher and schools to provide advice, facilitate communications and respond to any teacher/school request or complaints for the responsible schools to achieve target teacher retention.
7. Work with schools fro good forecasting and ensure that schools' recruitment needs are met.
8. Ensure full collections of teacher recruitment fees from franchise partners.
9. Help with recruitment and update recruitment records, materials and working reports.
10. Help with logistics fro Flying Teacher service, EF Diploma practical, and other TRT training arrangements.
11. Participate in the TRT session of new CM training.
12. Work with AOMs to coordinate with new arrivals, solve all the teacher problems arising in designated region.
