Key responsibilities:
1、负责核心系统的架构设计，重构、优化现有的技术架构；
2、根据业务规划制定相应技术规划，推动系统演进；
3、解决重要项目中的关键架构问题和技术难题，负责项目中关键技术难点的攻关和预研；
4、对开发团队进行技术指导和培训，规范开发流程。
Job requirements:
1.计算机软件及相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上大型项目开发经验（Technical Leader），精通J2EE技术架构；
2.精通Java编程、掌握程序设计模式和组件技术；
3.精通BS架构、熟练使用HTML、CSS、JavaScript等技术；
4.熟悉JQuery、JSON、Ajax应用；
5.熟悉SSH、Spring MVC、Hibernate等JAVA开发框架；
6.熟悉maven管理项目，以及Git管理source；
7.精通MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server等数据库的开发和应用；
8.熟练使用Tomcat、 WebLogic服务器；
9.有良好的软件工程知识和质量意识，善于学习，具有独立解决突发问题的能力；
10. 具备良好的敬业精神，拥有强烈的责任心和团队精神，善于沟通和合作；
