JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least five (5) years experience in Rooms functions, at least five (3) years of which must be in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-star hotel managed by overseas hotel management company.
2. Good knowledge of all room divisions.
3. Monitors room status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate
4. Expert communication skill, in training, and managing multi-lingual associates.
5. Instill a guest service attitude in all employees.
6. Solid experience in management of Front Office, Housekeeping
7. Strong yield management skills and ability and ability of cost control
8. Oversee all standards of individual departments of rooms.
9. Fluency in English spoken and written.
