PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for managing the regional sales objectives (Profit Plan) and activities for our OEM customers(including but not limited to DFM/FOTON/Hino)and key fleet along sales strategy and also some aftermarket activities. In addition, it serves as the strong voice of the customer within the Eaton organization, as well as a day-to-day spokesman for Eaton with the customer. The position needs to develop and maintain good relationship with both OEM and related end user customers. To support the new product introduction and gain more market share of existing supply, it leads communication with customer’s different functions (including but not limited to Purchasing, Engineering, Product Planning, Sales, Finance, Operation, Service and etc.) based on the support from Eaton’s cross-functional team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Develops, implements and manages marketing strategies to support the business plan at the OEM accounts (including but not limited to DFM/FOTON/Hino) to maintain long-term strategic partnership
B. Develops and grows market share to achieve HD business profit plan objectives for responsible accounts
C. Drives conversion of competitive products to Eaton products with new OEM program specifications.
Monitors the OEM customer dynamics and collects the marketing intelligence (including but not limited to pricing and volume
D. Acts quickly on different types of issues to insure high customer satisfaction
E. Manages sales opportunities through the stages of the selling cycle resulting in improved new win rates to achieve the growth goal
F. Develops and Maintains the great relationship with DFM and other responsible accounts
G Manages the introduction of new products effectively and creates the demand for new products with insuring OEM’s engineering release in a timely manner
H Collects Account Receivables in a timely manner on the monthly basis to achieve DSO target
