Responsibilities:
1. Do specification selling of HVP
2. Promote and launch new products
3. Maintain and develop key accounts of curtain wall companies, consulting companies and develop owners.
4. Find and create new market opportunity and make plan and executing it.
5. Exploiting the relationship with construction developers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. 5 years arch-related experience in sales and marketing
3. Over 3 years of doing Specification selling of HVP is a must
4. Sufficient project track-record.
5. Multi-tasking in managing many projects, related curtain wall companies, applicators.
6. Open to develop relationship with developers and the like.
7. High ability to convince relative project managers to do specification.
