职位描述：
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Track the accuracy of the finance statement and provide useful, timely and accurate accounting information and forecast. Provide solutions in the field of responsibility and suggest improvements in order to reduce costs, risks and increase profit. Make sure that the finance policy has been fully implemented. Follow and post audit for CAPEX investment and RD projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Check the accuracy of data sources booked by Finance Service Center
? Carry out the accounting follow up on monthly basis and alert abnormal and suggest the improvement
? Prepares financial, management and performance reports according to monthly closing schedule
? Prepare the reports by division and management requirements
? Develop budget models for annual budget and monthly forecast activities
? Provide cost center analysis vs budget by month
? Approve purchase request and purchase order in SAP and sample request
? Prepares weekly billing and booking reports for division pulse call meeting
? Support Finance Controller to prepare the management reports
? Consolidate CBI and Xi’an financial report for management review
? Follow and post audit for CAPEX investment and RD projects
? Support Finance Controller to track Sales, ROS and working capital target
? Deep study finance policy and provide the BPI proposal to Finance controller
? Study and be familiar with SAP
? Provide assistance to Finance controller to deal with external and internal auditors

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
? Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related field.
? Familiar with Chinese accounting and tax regulations and local regulations, foreign exchange regulations;
? Intermediate Accountant credentials and familiarity with P/L and Balance Sheet.
? Good verbal and written English communication skills
? Proficient in operating Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
? Working knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
? Careful and accountable, willing to take over responsibility and work independent.
? Very positive working attitude, be able to work under pressure and take initiatives.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
