Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的
Drive continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies

Specific Accountables Essential to Acceptable Job Performance 具体职责
§ Conduct and complete Six Sigma improvement projects using DMAIC methodologies to drive process improvement, cycle time reduction and functional competency, and provide support for New Production Introduction and Supply Chain transformation;
§ Provide support for the teaching, mentoring, and coaching of Green Belt;
§ Target an annual completion of at least two projects per year, which meet stated project goals and objectives as outlined within each project charter;
§ Advise and collaborate with LSS Program Manager to establish project goals, strategies & priorities;
§ Drive and advice the lean manufacturing in factory;
§ Collaborate with other full time BB to fulfill the LSS targets of Operations China;
§ Any other tasks as assigned.
Job related skills and competencies
1. A minimum of two years experience as a certified Black Belt;
2. Strong operations or engineering background;
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
4. PC skills and an aptitude for utilizing software applications;
5. Self-starter with drive, determination, focus, and initiative.

Education Level/Experience & Specific Job Requirements教育程度/工作经历及工作特殊要求
Education: Engineering bachelor degree
Experience:
? Minimum 3 years experience of manufacturing/technical/quality control;
? Lean的项目管理经验是3年以上
? Certified Black Belt from Third Party
? Successful project management experience;
? Analytical/problem solving background and experience;
? Coaching, mentoring, and/or training experience preferred.
