职位描述
Scope of Duties:
1) Responsible for overall work in the office, leading a connecting link role between team leaders and team members.
2) Responsible for detailed operation steps, e.g. planning, implementation, monitoring and ensuring positive results.
3) Assist General Manager in operating, monitoring, checking and affirming company projects or other assignments.
4) Responsible for forwarding all kinds files while coping to Sn. Leadership team and relevant department heads.
5) Assist General Manger in investigating the company's operation and provide suggestive comments or recommendations.
6) Organize and coordinate General Manger's meeting and take minutes. Also draft the meeting speech and issue it while necessary.
7) Archiving all files, e.g. distributing, registering, forwarding and filing etc.
8) Responsible for the company chop and all kinds of correspondence letters.
9) Responsible for all kinds of visits to the company, resolve the problem and report to GM timely.
10) Accompanying the municipal officers' visit's
11) Receive office phone calls and keeps record.
12) Makes good care of GM's daily schedule and make good arrange for GM's travel itinerary.
13) Assist General Manger in formulating and implementing HR issues.
14) Complete the other tasks from General Manger.
Requirement:
1. Passionate, strong communications skills.
2. Be familiar with the general company's organization and process.
3. Excellent capability of both Chinese and English.
4. Quick response and self confident
5. Be Attentive and excellent professional ethics
As there often need business trip, male candidates are preferred.
