? 1. Check in & Check out procedure (see attachments for detail)
? 2. Housekeeping quality checking
? - Everyday the supervisor must spot check apartment’s together housekeeping.
? 3. Information service
? - The receptionist must know about the basic information of shanghai sightseeing, and provide correct information for the tenants.
? - Some free magazines are available for our tenants, such as that’s shanghai and Coupon, which provide update and wide information for tenants.
? - Taxi booking.
? 5. Storage room management
? - Record of moving in and out.
? - Supervisor makes regular checking every day.
? 6. Electronic Key system management
? - Make spare keys for tenants must register on [spare key deposit form]
? - Master keys management [supervisor 1 master key/night shift 1 master key]
? 7. Visitor registration
? - Any visitor must register in the reception desk.
? 8. Deposit and Rental settlement (both in cash and credit card)
? - Tenants (short –term tenant) could pay their deposit at the reception desk and get the receipt as well.
? -Tenants (short –term tenant) could pay their rental at the reception desk both by cash or credit card when they check out.
? 9. Move furniture service
? - Move furniture which belongs to German Centre for free, must use cargo lifts
? -Tenant move their own large-size furniture must use cargo lift and GSN security guard must follow up
? 10. Laundry Service
? - Two washing machines and two drivers are on the second floor. Reception provides coins exchange service.
? 11. Business service (only for Copy and Fax in)
? - In emergency, we provide photo copy service free of charge (no of copies 1-2).
? - For large number of copies and fax, please forward to T1 Office Service Centre
? 12. Daily Mail Service
? - Tenants could get their registered newspaper or magazines at the reception desk.
? - Receptionists are not allowed to read the tenants’ copies
? - Reception will not accept any package or delivery except EMS
? 13. Maintenance information handling
? - Transfer maintenance requirement from tenants to Tower1 Reception and follow up the result.
? 14. Other service
? - Washing powder (self arranged), tea bags (not provided), toilet paper, spare items like cloths hanger, etc.
