Job description
一． Coordination of Processes
1. Create sales orders in SAP for customers PO, issue order confirmation to customers.
2. Create Deliveries.
3. Allocate stock/ batches to deliveries according to stock allocation guidelines/allocation key
4. Monitor order process in order to secure goods issue on time
5. Monitor billing/VAT in order to get billing/issue VAT on time.
6. Follow up payment issues incl adv payment and overdue payment
7. Initiate/request different master data such as customer price, material master
    
                                                                
二． Increase of Efficiency
1. Reviewing pending order regularly, inform DIP in time for customer's new/increase demand.
2. Check customer's sales history and push customer to put order accordingly.
3. Checking with Sales and customer to push for forecast.
                                                                                
三． Interface
1. Act as contact point with customers in handling ordering and general inquiries
2. Interface with DIP for stock allocation and planning issues
3. Interface with FI on customer account set up, credit management, AR issues
                                                                      
四．Problem Shooting
1．Handle customer complaint and follow up with responsible parties include Sales, SCM, PM, QA and Source etc.
2. Interface with customers regarding order fulfillment problems and recommend resolutions.
                                                                         
                                         
 Requirements:
1. Experience within order handling and fulfillment in SAP and process wise
2. Communicative and able to work to work in a team
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
