职位描述：
工作地点：常熟市东南经济开发区
岗位职责：

1. Recommend process improvements to Operation Director.
2. Provide process data as recommended for standard or experimental products.
3. Undertake projects as assigned.
4. Assist Operation Director as required in completing projects and monitoring new processes.
5. Assist R&D project leaders when running experimental trials, lead all trials implementations.
6. Monitor processes on a continual basis for continuing improvements and/or modifications.
7. Coordinate activities of support personnel and manufacturing to resolve process problems.
8. Make process standard alteration for the improving or emergent issue asked by management

职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，化学或生物类相关专业，熟悉压敏胶、压敏胶带、不干胶或压敏胶水行业，熟悉涂布工艺；
2、至少2年以上工作经验；
3、英语熟练。
