Overall Objective / Purpose of the role:
Be a team leader for delegated project. Focusing on delivering the best possible outcome from our client’s investment.

Manage all aspects of project delivery. Establish the highest customer service standards in every interaction with them. Deliver consistently excellent, totally reliable and professional service delivery and outputs wherever our clients need it

Manage all phase of project deliveries. Leading and implementing the best industry practice.

Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

Act as point of contact to other consultants and contractors

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Establish and agree project execution plan with our
client.

Create project execution plan and design brief.

Manage design development process and conduct VE session

Develop project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Define scope
of service for each package.

Access to the best contractors, designers and suppliers in Greenfield, Brownfield and fit-out
industry. Lead procurement process for GC, contractors and consultants.

Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control.

In charge of project on site day to day work

Take lead of site supervision in accordance with local practice and code during project
management.

In order to fulfill the aspects of project objective, take effective methods and control on
construction quality, programming, HSE and cost.

Rigorous inspection and execution on the basis of the agreements

In charge of change order verification.

Manage project phase inspection, testing, commissioning and handover

Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project
team members as required. to Project Managers, project engineer, project assistant.

Skills / Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture civil/M&E engineering, construction or project management.

10+ years experiences in project management for manufactory or property projects.

Has experience in working with/for international consultant company.

Hold First Class Construction Engineer or registered engineer certification preferred

Be able to multitask and manage priorities.

Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need.

Be able to adopt change according to company business plan.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Good English, both spoken and written

Good collaboration & team work
