Job Title: User Experience Manager/Head
Repot to: Director of Marketing
Scope of Work
1.Lead all aspects of consumer journey from marketing to post-sales services
2. Manage user experience (UX) development throughout the journey
3.Establish strategy & operational process for both short & long term road map
4.Work closely with teams or agencies including UI, design, business development & operations in order to produce a consistent service level & brand standard
5.Integrate UX with upcoming marketing campaigns & CRM activities
6. Utilise analytics data & conduct researches for UX improvement

Requirements
1.Strong creativity and understand the latest consumer behaviour trends
2. Experience in UI design and/or eCommerce
3.Above 8 years equivalent experience
4. Native in Mandarin & fluent in English
5. Good understanding of UX software
