职位描述：
1. Managing full compliance with all U. S. GAAP accounting rules for monthly reporting and local statutory accounting rules for annual reporting. Including:
（1） Ensure all revenue recognition criteria has been met including customer purchase orders, credit approval, delivery terms and conditions, and pricing.
（2） Payroll, and associated payroll liabilities.
（3） Accounts Payable Function.
（4） Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a weekly or daily basis.
（5）AR Function to maximise cash flow and perform overall credit management.
（6）Coordinate quarterly physical inventory stock takes and reconcile to ledger. Ensure proper valuation of stock, including inventory reserves.
（7） Manage and account for fixed assets.
（8） Perform monthly intercompany accounting, communication and balancing with Corporate Office.
2. Preparation of Annual Budgets, with ongoing analysis to actual results
3. Weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting.
4. Preparing rolling Quarterly Forecasts on at least a monthly basis.
5. Managing tax compliance and returns (Company, VAT etc).
6. Providing ad hoc business analysis to support decision making in the China Business
7. Conducting regular quarterly accounting and tracking of demo/evaluation units, including valuation and reserves.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in accounting. Auditing background desirable.
2. Prior experience with internal control testing, financial accounting, reporting, analysis – business process.
3. Strong computer skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal. High level of English both written and oral is an essential requirement.
5. Must be a self-starter with a strong, proactive work ethic.
